Electrical Pre-wiring + Lower roof + Fixtures.

A bit frustrating for the last three weeks because of slow action plus the rain for the last couple of days delayed it even more.The roof tilers continued installing the lower roof tiles two days ago but had to come back because they've run out of tiles in one section plus they still need to seal them.The electricians came also to pre-wire the whole house including external ducting for the powder room and kitchen range hood. Carpenters came today to fixed some fixtures but that's about it.

 

 

 

 

Sarking - Lower roofs.

The roof tilers had installed the sarking on the lower roofs and started putting the roof tiles but to be continued, Also cladding, more eaves and other building materials were delivered today. I also took a photo of the front façade of the house while I was across the road.

Gutter/Fascia - Lower roofs.

The lower roof's gutter and fascia were installed last Friday and finished today plus new scaffolding for the lower roof areas.

Scaffolding removal.

Scaffolding were removed today but they left some on the lower roof area to finish the roof tiling later on.
