28/07/12 Paid $300 deposit on land for reservation to the developer - Landcom at the Sales Office. (Land was only registered a week ago).
29/07/12 Paid $1000 initial deposit to GK of Wisdom Homes at their Display Home Sales Office.
31/08/12 Tender presentation and signing of tender at Wisdom Homes head office at Narellan.
14/09/12 Exchange of contract on the land with Landcom.
21/09/12 Architectural house plans received and no changes required.
28/09/12 Building contract was signed.
04/10/12 Introduction to our CSO of Wisdom Homes via email.
08/10/12 Colour selection appointment at Homeworld V-Wisdom Homes Display Village at Kellyville.
10 /10/12 Landscaping appointment at Wisdom Landscapes - Head Office.
11/10/12 Landscaping plan received from Wisdom Landscape.
17/10/12 Landcom - Developer approval received.
19/10/12 Kitchen appointment with Timpelle Kitchens located at Prestons.
06/11/12 DA lodgement to Council.
