Our Dream Home - The Columbus 26 at One Minto Estate!

It's been almost 2 years living in our home and it still looks brand new inside and out, and we are looking after it very well and maintaining it in pristine condition. We are still excited living here everyday and still talking about our memorable and happy building journey experience that makes me realise how lucky and blessed we are. Since handover last October 2013, We added some enhancements on our home namely:

1.All light fittings are DIY decorative lights purchased at Beacon Lighting.
2.Feature walls painted by a Professional Painter - S.S.
3.Window Coverings - Plantation Shutters, Timberlook Venetian Blinds, Holland Blinds, Flyscreens, Security Doors and Window Security Grills by BetterView Blinds & Shutters.
4.Solar PV System by AGL Solar.
5.Installation of IP Security Cameras.

Living in the Great Australian Dream!

We decided to have Solar PV System installed to compliment our home's sustainability and to save some money in the long term. Also, Our neighbourhood is now full of newly built houses and some in the process of finishing, It was almost an empty street almost two years ago.

A Dream Come True!

It is now the end of 2013 and we have been living for almost three months on our brand new home and loving every minute of it. I can say that this is one of the best times of our lives and this year is the best year for all of us and the best Christmas ever!, We also welcome the New Year - 2014 with another exciting year plus a brand new SUV.

NBN - Fibre Optic Broadband Service installed. We are one of the lucky ones who acquired this direct fiber to home technology that we can not lived without and is an integral part of our home.

Handover!

Settlement Day then Appliances Delivery and Installation the next couple of days.

 

 

Landscaping - Day 13 and ALL DONE!!!

Landscaping is now finished, More fencing and left side gate done, Hills folding clothes line & Front metal palisade fence installed.Wisdom Landscapes did a fantastic job and it's worth it!
