If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that consistency and belief in your goals will always move you forward. It’s been a journey with plenty of challenges, but every step has been worth it. 

Started with one, and now on number 5! Every investment has its risks, but property keeps proving its worth. Real estate stands above all other investment options. Hands down, property is the best investment! 

 We achieved something we are really proud of. We've just bought our 4th investment property! This time it's a 2-bedder unit in the western part of Sydney. It hasn’t been easy, but hard work and persistence really pay off. It’s been a journey of learning, persistence, and growth, and I’m grateful for the progress so far. Looking forward to the next chapter and continuing to build towards long-term goals!

 

A great venture to end the year 2022!

We bought our third investment property, This time, it's an apartment in a recently built two elevated residential towers in the heart of a new era in urban growth in Liverpool - poised to become the third major city in the Greater Sydney Area.

 A New Member of the Family!

We bought a puppy and this is our first time owning one, It is a big responsibility but worth it as our children love her, she is so cute and naughty! Luckily, we have a decent size backyard where she can stay outdoors from time to time in a secured place. 

 2021 and Beyond!

It's been almost two years since my last input on our blog.

Times had changed since the beginning of last year and we are still enjoying our dream home and we are grateful that we managed to survive the uncertainties and challenges brought on by the pandemic that started in 2020. Nothing changed much on our home but we maintained it really well both inside and outside, It still looks brand new even though we have been living there for more than 7 years. We also bought our second investment property and this time it's a townhouse, 15 mins away from where we lived in the Macarthur region of Sydney. 

Time Flies!

Time seems to move very quickly when you're having fun!, It's been more than 5 years living on our dream home and we upgraded our older second car that my spouse drive to a brand new small car and it's so fun to drive!

Half A Decade Living On Our Dream Home!

Time flies! Today is our 5th year living on our Dream Home! This is the day of our Handover and our Home still looks brand new from the inside and outside as we take care of it! We still loved our home, We are still proud and very happy living on it. It has all the comforts and everything a family needs.We are also a two car household now as my spouse now drives her own car. Life is good!
