29/07/12  Paid $1000 initial deposit to GK of Wisdom Homes at their Display Home Sales Office.
31/08/12  Tender presentation and signing of tender at Wisdom Homes head office at Narellan.
14/09/12  Exchange of contract on the land with Landcom.
21/09/12  Architectural house plans received and no changes required.
28/09/12  Building contract was signed.
04/10/12  Introduction to our CSO of Wisdom Homes via email.
08/10/12  Colour selection appointment at Homeworld V-Wisdom Homes Display Village at Kellyville.
10 /10/12  Landscaping appointment at Wisdom Landscapes - Head Office. 
11/10/12  Landscaping plan received from Wisdom Landscape.
17/10/12  Landcom - Developer approval received.
19/10/12  Kitchen appointment with Timpelle Kitchens located at Prestons.
06/11/12  DA lodgement to Council.
09/11/12  Land settled after the settlement date crash three times, the original date was 29th October 2012.

Introduction.

They say that life begins at 40 and I turned 40 a couple of months ago, My wife and I decided to build our first dream home instead of buying an established home since the price difference is not much plus the home is really you because you decide what you want and I think that the long process and the stress involved in building a home is worth it. We already lived in a 3 bedroom villa for more than 9 years and decided to invest in this property when our home is finish in the next couple of months instead of selling it since it's a good property investment. The bottom line is, our house is small for us now because we have three young children and we also would like to experience building a dream home and we chose the Columbus 26, 2 storey home by Project Builder - Wisdom Homes in the Macarthur region of Sydney. We are so blessed! Here starts our exciting journey ahead! 

This is our modest first home, a three-bedroom villa where we lived for almost a decade and we loved it as its full of happy memories and that is why instead of selling, we turned it into an investment property as it's in a good location and to keep in the long term.
